Presenting Original Driver's License Policies

The original Driver’s License (for any category) must be carried at all times by the student during any and all classes. If you don’t bring your original driver’s licence to your lesson, it will be cancelled and you won’t be able to make up the lesson. The cost of the lesson is included in the tuition of the students (s).

Payments

A full payment is required at the time of booking, plus any relevant taxes. You can pay with your debit card, e-transfer, or credit card on the school’s website. 

Prices may be adjusted at any time.

Refund Policy (Package Lesson Students Only)

If a student cancels a package after the first lesson, they will be responsible for paying for all lessons they have already taken at the per-lesson rate. After deducting the $42.00 processing fee, you will receive your money back.

Late Cancellations

Lesson cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance, and there is a $40 fee for any such notice received later than that.
If you need to cancel your lesson with less than 24 hours’ notice, you’ll be charged for the full price of the session.
Non-attending students are expected to pay for the entire lesson in full.

Code Of Conduct

Please treat our staff with the courtesy they deserve. The University does not condone any form of violence, aggression, or threats against our staff. Also, we do not serve anyone who appears to be under the influence of drugs or alcohol. The School retains the right to cancel the Student’s lesson without recourse should any of the above occur. Please cooperate with us so that you may have a rewarding educational experience.

Road Test Booking Service

To book the road test, access ICBC.com website. Alternatively, you may request the school to provide the booking, on your behalf, at a fee of $30.00 per each booking, or $30.00 per each change.

Students understand that if they fail to attend a road test appointment that has been booked on their behalf without providing either at least 48 hours’ notice of cancellation or a reason that is not satisfactory to ICBC, they will be charged a fee by ICBC for each missed road test appointment. This fee is in addition to the usual road test fees.

Lesson Duration

All classes meet for at least an hour. The training session lasts for a total of fifty minutes, ten of which are spent on review and instruction by the instructor.

Package Expiry policy

There is a 12-month time limit from the date of the Student’s first lesson that all packages must be used up. This package will expire and any remaining lessons will be forfeited after this date.

Additional Passengers

Any additional students in the car will incur a $30.00 fee per lesson.
